STxDR private Posts: 3 (1/20/03 3:49 pm) Reply	7.62x54R ammo question/concern Shooting my M44, I was using some Chech Rep. ammo. The cases were splitting on almost every round. I didn't have a problem ejecting the casing. It was when I was picking up my brass I noticed almost all of them were split. Anyone else have this problem occur? I will post the name of the ammo I was using when I get home and look at the box. Just seemed weird. 1st round brass splitting.
