This is a place to share your experiences and fears of drug and alcohol addiction. We all have a path to find and often need help with directions. Alcohol and addictive drugs chemically kill physical or emotional pain and alter the mind’s perception of reality. There is unhappiness, hopelessness, or physical pain; abusing drugs makes things worse. Please feel free to share, vent, and make yourself at home. Any advice or support you find useful and/or can share is wonderful. Everyone needs a refuge at times.
