Can someone please tell me....

what is going on? Why don't I hear Loaded on the radio on Much Music or Much More Music here in Canada? From what I've read, it's the same in the US. Why aren't they playing it? Where is Ricky? I haven't seen him anywhere on TV, no tour...what's the deal? If anyone could tell me, I would very much appreciate it.
