Characters
Original Character versus Book Character Creation:
As the game is just starting out, we will need players for several major characters from the books, and appreciate applications for minor characters as well. However, as the game begins in the convent, we will also be accepting young noblewomen and mages in training for that setting at this time. We need original pages and squires for the same reasons, as we will also be playing out Thom’s training as a page, which happens at the same time. In fact, the only thing we don’t need right now is original characters that have absolutely no relevance to the plot.
If you would like to create such a character, we may be accepting them later in the game when our need for canon characters, pages, and noblewomen has been fulfilled. We will not, however, turn away original characters that do have relevance to the plot, so if you can tie your application in to a place in the game where something important is happening, we will not turn you down. Below is a list of canon characters from A:TFA. Some (like Delia and Cythera) did not actually appear in the book, but were alive at the time. Some definitions (such as Thom's and Alanna's) have been changed to fit the RPG.

All convent staff will be original characters, as no staff were mentioned in the books. If anyone would like to apply for a position on the convent staff, we will accept a First Daughter, and three or four teachers. For now, convent staff will be NPCs and will be played by Lioness; applicants for convent staff do not need to base their characters on NPCs in any way.
