Class: IntroductoryOOC: All students are expected to attend this class first thing every day. New students will be introduced to the convent, and to their fellow young ladies, and all students will be informed of their schedule for the day. Any announcements will be made, and students may be given an assignment for the remainder of the time to test what they have learned in other classes.
At tall, elegant woman with gray hair and sharp green-brown eyes stood at the front of the room. The room was made up of desks organized into neat rows, with a blackboard located in the front of the room. Several new students straggled in unceremoniously, glanced in unified terror at the tall daughter who stood before them, and crept to the back of the room, where they chose the desks farthest from their instructor and sat there meekly.
Alanna was nowhere near meek. No one had ever classified Alanna of Trebond as meek. Sure, she straggled in, being late from trying to chase Chubby around his stall to give him a good hug before the day began. But she was not meek.
Sitting down at a free desk about halfway into the classroom, she stared levelly at the woman in front of her. Formidable. Sitting straighter as the lady's eyes pinned her, she flinched inwardly. This was going to be a long class. 'Since it's introductory, I wonder if we have to take it more than once?'

Kat walked lazily into the classroom and gave the teacher a fake smile. 'Oh great, newbies.' she grumbled mentally.
She took a seat near the middle of the class, close to the wall and rested her head on her arm. 'I wonder what father's sending...'. Introductory was her thinking time, she only payed attention when she was interested in the subject, which wasn't often. She gave a large yawn and continued brooding.

Jennifer glared at the teacher, walking into the class. She turned and surveyed the room, smiling. When her eyes fell on Alanna she smirked. Taking the seat next to Alanna, with Kat on her other side, Jennifer leaned over. "Uh-oh, The temperamental one is in this class." She whispered to Kat.
A study released proves that it is not possible for a human to become ‘high’ off sugar. A panel of 12 highly trained doctors conducted this study.
These ‘doctors’ only spent their whole lives training for this. What do they know? Stupid doctors...I CAN BE SUGAR HIGH IF I WANT TO, GOSH DARNIT!

Kali hurried into class, hoping she wasn't late, she had taken a longer, more senic route through the gardens, and took a little more time than she had planned. Trying to avoid the glare of the tall daughter at the front of the room, Kali dropped into a seat behind Jennifer and a new girl with red hair. Leaning over Kali wispered a quick greeting to Jennifer and Kat, than turning to the new girl said, "Hi, my name's Kali, are you new here?"

Alanna ignored Jennifer. God, what a snobbish, spoiled, unsubtle brat.
She took her things and moved to the other side of the room, deciding she didn't want to cause a stir in her first class of her many years at the convent.

Cara shrugged at Alanna's dismissal, she would have time to talk to the girl later, and if the new girl didn't want to make friends, than too bad for her. Shaking her head a bit, Cara cleared her mind again, and smiled back at Kat and Jennifer. "Nothing much," she said, "I had a few tense moments before class though. I had gone to visit Sky in the stables, and then walk around outside, forgetting we had class. As soon as I realized, I ran the whole way here." She then giggled softly, hoping she wouldn't attract the attention of the daughter, "I almost ran over a daughter on the way, she was turning a corner at the same time I was, and we near collided. The daughter looked as if she was going to faint, I didn't stay around long enough to be scolded though." Making sure the daughter was preocciped, Cara asked, "So what have you two been doing?"
