Joey, I am ashamed that you, as Commissioner, have declined Darnell Uhland a starting spot in this year's all star game. The man that singlehandedly brought your league to glory....denied. So, maybe Yoder beat him out in stats....but Darnell brings so much more to the game then mere stats. He is the "Total Package" and you sir, have made a grave error. Look, you have to remember that if we took Darnell over Seth, then we'd just have to YODER'S fan club instead. It's a lose-lose situation. Don't worry, Uhland's still in the Derby, and he'll probably have a hand on a mic throughout the day...which is always fun.

Lets just hope I can take some of the fury that I have out in the HR Derby. Lets also hope that the STARS of the league make it to the game in years to come. I guess the black man had to take the back seat for this game

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, Darnell shouldn't have given up that 3-run bomb to me late in the game during their 8-5 victory last weekend. Where's DA TRUTH when you need it?

For the All-Star Game...the league should make it 7 on 7, that way we'll have plenty of substitutions and have the opportunity to create those nifty lefty/lefty matchups. Oh and don't forget if it goes into extra innings. God forbid we have to leave it a tie because Yoder's arm is about to fall off from pitching too many innings in a row. And while we're at it, since we have an Old-Timers game, Why don't we start a One-Timers Game for those players that hardly ever showed up when they said they would. This way people like Bob Banos can't have the opportunity to bitch about not having a chance to participate. God rest his soul.
Truth Too Scared To Join (7/23/03 12:32 pm) Reply	sorry i missed it... i must first apoligize to Darnell for adding my comments a few weeks to late, i have been busy following the latest news on the Kobe Bryant scandal... I find it downright offensive that Darnell was not selected to the all star game, the all star game is for the fans and the fans want Darnell. the people have spoken...and truly, if wiffleball2k ever hopes to reach its full entertainment capacity, it needs darnell...he is your bread winner, your ace in the whole, the big enchilada! you should be ashamed of yourself for not selecting darnell to your all star squad....shame, shame, shame... the TRUTH hurts
