Yep, I was rhymin' and stealin' there. No, I'm not obsessed with old school Star Trek. The song itself is about my dislike of organized religion; the reference is utilized as a metaphor. It's also a wink to the band name, which was derived from an old Star Trek episode.

Thanks! I like the way I think too...
I'm planning on playing a few Kelvins songs with the new band, but I'm already writing new songs that'll hopefully take the sound of the old band and add a bit more of an "ass skaking" element to it - kinda like taking the rock and adding the roll.
Oh, and I promise to only plagerize old school Star Trek once in a while...
