His New HomeHunched over, in a lovely salt water brook. Where a stream of ocean water runs past into a marsh making brickish water. Brickish or fresh water and salt water mixed. Hidden by the forest's edes's trees and tall sea grass covering the male. The fall wind keeps the male from noramlly frolicaling in the water. Testing the temperature of the running water he slips his paws in for a dip, but quickly pull himself out. Sharp pains filled the dripping paw, numbing pain. Kai sat on his paw putting body heat on the foot. It was a small space the big brute was combined to but, the rocks, trees, and grass sheltered him from the wind and cold. It was the male's own little place in the large territory he lived in.
The wolf shared the territory with his alpha, Storm. The clouds above Kai turned blue and black. A storm would be here. last night a strange storm approached, but never hit. The thunder rang and the lightening light but, no rain. The combination of the colors in the clouds told Kai the same would happen again. The brute would have to find a better shelter to protect him and keep him warm. He didn't feel like getting up to search instead, he procrastinated.

White femora scanned her territory searching for the brute she had just accetped. He had seemed to have disappeared as soon as she brought himto the territory. Bronze orbs looked up to the stormy sky and a grin crossed the she-wolf's muzzle. She had been born during a spring storm, hence her name. Her demeanor had also wond her that name as well. This territory she knew like the back of her paw and knew all the little hiding places.
At last she found her quary and sighed. The she-wolf sat down and watched him for several moments, counting down how long it would take for the male to realize she was there. She still didn't entirely trust him but trust was earned and that's how life was. The Alphess glanced up at the sky again as the first beam of lightening and the first crack of thunder invaded the sky. Electric stroms were something she loved to view.

IC: A voilent fall storm was passing near the area the brute was wauting. The light diplay was beautiful, making it more enjoyable not yet did any rain fall. Kai looked up staring the lighting strikes. Never taking his eyes of the spendor, the wolf spoke to his watcher."You know this Storm is beautiful; such a show for us."Kai guessed that his alpha was quite surprised but, the sharp male knew since she arrived she was spying. Suddenly rain drops flew down. The thunder clouds crackled hard. The little bit of shelter that Kai hid in kept him dry but, not his alpha. He welcomed her in, but doubted she would except."What do you want to play in the rain or sleep in the dry, Miss."
Polite losing his rudeness toward his alpha. He tried very hard not to be rude. Sometimes he would bite his tounge and laugh under his breathe but he had to try. In order to be welcomed to stay in the beautiful territory Storm had. By this time lightening wasn't as violent as before. Few flickers in the clouds and flashes but nothing more. Perfect for some frolicing. Most wolves loved rain, Kai was no exception. For his name meant Ocean in hawiian he truley was made to love water. Puddles started appearing from the cool drops. Before not a creature was seen but, as the storm lifted critters such as squirrels and birds, came out to refresh. The male couldn't help but, smile at Storm. Hoping she would be just as joyess as he.

The white she-wolf continued to look up at the sky and grinned as Kai spoke. Indeed, the storm was a beauty to behold. And just like these storms, which had inspired her mother to give her daughter this name, Storm was just as violent and unpredictable. She was quick to appear and just as quick to leave. She was like the storm, quick to fury and yet like the calm which follows the storm. She stood there not caring about the small bit of rain that landed upon her coat. Without looking at Kai she spoke.
Indeed. Storms are very beautiful. We are lucky to witness mother nature's fury.
As she spoke her voice was full of passion. To anyone it was clear that she respected and loved the power of nature. How it could be so forgiving and yet so dangerous. How it could give life just as easily as she can take it. It was something all should respect, but sadly not all did. Slowly Storm turned her bronze orbs to the male and grinned.
Playing in the rain? I wouldn't call it that. But to be dry or wet, which one to pick? Well I can tell you this much: That leaf isn't exactly going to keep the rain off of you that well. Follow me.
Storm turned around and started walking the way she had come. She knew this territory well by now, every cave and every shelter. She was leading him to one of her favorite caves, why she wasn't sure. Storm was in a good mood for once. As she walked by the only thing that could be heard was the sound of the raindrops falling upon the ground and in the water. Of course the sound of thunder and flash of lightening was always present as well. She led him to a beautiful crystal cave. The walls and columns were of the prettiest shades. From blue, to purple, to red and emerald. It was breathtaking, and it was hers.

IC: So surprised, he stood amazed the strict alpha wanted to be in a restricting cave with him. Kai assumed Storm hated him, but he had to agree the foliage covering him was barely holding up. Matter a fact as Storm suggested they move, the leaf protecting him, over-filled with water. Splashing a bucket of ice-cold water over him. Dripping wet in autumn, shivering cold. The freezing brute looked at Storm in despise. His anger soon turned to laughter, smiling at his alpha trying to have her laugh in return.
The male was still drenched and rain poured from the clouds like the water from the leaf. Kai walked away from Storm and began to do the shake. Letting his coat be free from under the layers of water. The now dry male looked at Storm for reassurance. He was hoping Storm knew why he backed away not out of disrespect but, to not get her wet.
He than followed his leader through her land. It was obvious she knew her way around. It was even more clear when she led him to probably the most magnificent place in her territory. Kai stood in gaze, mouth wide open jaw dropped. Again the male shook off the rain from his fur. The brute than smiled at Storm waiting for her next command. Tired and legs aching from exploring, he laid down. Watching every move of Storm.

A grin crossed the snow fae's muzzle. She didn't mind being in the same area as him so long as he did nothing stupid that would anger her. If she were to share these lands with another she had best learn about them. And learn about them as much she could. And trust was an essential part of being in a pack, the Alpha had to trust all of her members or face a possible rebellion. This brute was no exception, she had to get along with him or hell would surely break loose in these lands. A quick grin was flashed to him in a reassurance, in fact she actually liked the fact that he had moved away from her to remove the excess water that clung to his pelt.
Storm did the same sending wet fur and thousands of water droplets flying everywhere. When all the water had been shaken out, or as much as possible, the fae walked proudly towards the cave's center where crystals and other beautiful cave formations hung from above and encompassed the rock that lay at the very center. Here she jumped upon it and lowered herself upon powerful haunches. She was like a queen sitting on her throne and she even held a regal air that also seemed to be tainted with royalty. This was her kingdom, she looked upon the male with bronze orbs and nodded her head to him.
Welcome to my lands, Kai. I hope enjoy living here.
Storm allowed a quick smile to cross her lips before she lowered her body down upon the flat topped rock. The crystals seemed to shine upon her and created a light when there was none, the light from the crystals shined upon her with a faint glow that still nonetheless added to the way she seemed.
Re: Welcome to my KingdomYes the diamond sprinkled cave was beautiful. But, boring it became. The impatient wolf could not sit in a perfect cave while its pouring outside. Either Kai would lead Storm down the tunnels of the den or, he would frolic in the rain. The male knew the high dangers of wandering aimlessly into an unknown cave. He wouldn't attempt it. Instead he watched his alpha. Before he wanted to rump with her. He hesitated, if the moody female got angry Kai played childishly he would like that.
Also the female could get jealous the brute could beat her. He was kidding himself though. Storm and him were probably evenly matched. The unsure male let out a bored whine, insinuating he wanted action. He went to grab the alpha's ear and tug at it, but stopped. It could be appropriate. He stood back waiting for a her to respond.
