How do you get those icons under your name?

Under personal information, the first line says 'My photo'. You need to have a pic or graphic etc uploaded somewhere. When you have that, you copy the URL and paste it into the 'my photo' line. Go to the bottom and hit 'save changes', then go to 'View profile' to see, if your image appears next to your nickname.
