LVNV Funding
Has anyone else had a problem with this company? They have a habit of harrassing consumers with so-called "debts" and refuse to correct credit reports even with proper documentation. I have been contacted by them about 2 months ago regarding a debt that has been paid and they still have not stopped harrassing me. Any suggestions? I do have any attorney, but wanted to see if anyone here had a problem with them. I want to report them to BBB also.

I've seen several threads on this forus dealing with this company and several of their subsidiaries. They suck in a big way.

I don't know if those threads are still there - it looks liek something has happened to this site since ai was last here. So may of the responses are gone. But try a search of the forums of LVNV and you get a ton of stuff unless it's been wiped out.
