Last of the misc. supplies needed to start.
Get some Flex Coat 2 part epoxy glue for the handle and reel seat.
Some Flex Coat 2 part wrapping finish.
Some U-40 cork seal.
A package of finishing brushes.
A package of wood (popcicle sticks) mixing sticks.
A package of disposable measuring/mixing cups.
Some surgical tubing of varying ID’s, which when cut into small sections, make great guide placement aids.
Some 1" masking tape.
Thread burnishing (smoothing) tool.
Low end or dial type caliper.
Gallon of acetone.
Good supply of rags and/or paper towels.
1” thick masking tape and ¾” reinforced straping tape.
Tacky cloth for removing lint & such from the threads.
Supply of good quality razor blades & utility knife.
Thread or fly tying scissors, ones suitable for fine work.
Good pair of tweezers, again for fine work if possible.
Small pocket rule with mm and 1/16’s for thread work.
Color thread you want to work with and some color preserver.
