Meeting of the Board
The KHC board had been called into its monthly session to discuss the possible replacement of its CEO Jenny Aviano. Many of the members of the board wanted her replaced partly because of the charges pending against her regarding the death of Lillian Seagrave, partly because of the aspect of losing government funding and partly because they didn’t like the aspect of the Aviano family ‘Taking over the foundation’ rumors that were being circulated. It was well known by several members of the board that the Aviano name stood for ‘criminal activities’. And they didn’t want anymore bad publicity.

In the end calmer heads prevailed in that Mrs. Aviano would be temporarily suspended from her duties as CEO pending the outcome of the investigation. Honey West-Sutherland was nominated as pro-tem CEO.
