Well, I know it's also known as "Me and My IV" and "Doctor and Me". It was recorded at a session in March 1994 at Kurt's basement. Apparently two different recordings exist - neither have surfaced on bootlegs, so I'm not sure where you could find one. But if one show's up somewhere, I'll tell ya though.
