Rules (MUST READ)This is a realistic RP. That means no strange markings, colors, magical powers, eye color, etc. Animals in real life do not have 'special' powers so neither will animals in this RP.

Keep to a minimum posting length of three paragraphs with four to five GOOD sentences in each paragraph. (That's 4-5 words per sentence) And that's without talking. I understand that some RPer's may not be as experienced but please do your best. If you still can't manage a three paragraph post then ask for help and one of our more experienced members will help you. And please use spell check if you don't type out your post on word first. No one likes reading through a post of typos.

You are allowed to have a maximum of three characters. That can be three wolves, one wolf & two island creatures, etc. You are not allowed to have all of your characters in one pack. In order to join as a second and/or third character you must be an active member for at least one month, if you want to have another character then contact me via e-mail or IM.

Island inhabitants are allowed to wonder where ever they want on the island, however, if you wonder into a wolf's territory you may become food for the wolves ^^ And you really have no say in the matter if they attack you or not. However, should you become the hunted, you can RP it out with the predators if you're good enough you'll be able to escape the predators and live another day.

I will allow power play, but to an extent. If you attack your opponent then your opponent gets to decide the damage inflicted upon him/her.

God modeling is strictly forbidden. You are not indestructible nor are you impervious to being injured. You CANNOT walk away from a fight without being injured; it just doesn't happen in real life.

Your characters are allowed to fight for leadership and higher ranks. You should also keep in mind that your character CAN get killed in a fight; however, this is only with the permission of your opponent. Before a fight you MUST state that your character can or cannot be killed.

If you lose a fight (and you both agreed to not kill each other) then you can face being kicked out of the pack, though you'll probably leave the pack anyway due to shame for losing. Do not ask the leader to accept you again, either re-join a new pack or wonder the island as a loner. Should your character return to the pack you were kicked out of (without an invitation from the leaders), you're character can be killed. And this time, you won’t have a say in the matter.

If your character does die in a fight, don't worry about it. Just fill out another form and rejoin with another character.

If you have any problems with a person, take it outside and keep it away from the board. If you need to settle an argument over something then do it over instant messenger or e-mail. We don't want to hear about it!

If you and another person's character hate each other IC, that doesn't mean you; have to hate each other OOC as well.

Keep all IC matters IC and all OOC matters OOC. DO NOT under any circumstances bring an OOC problem into an IC post. The only time you can take an IC matter into an OOC matter is if you and someone else in your RP want to discuss a new plot or discuss and laugh about what happened in an old plot.

I do allow profound language on this board; however, do keep it to a minimum. We really don't want to have a conversation with you when ever other word out of your mouth is a curse word. I said I allowed cursing but that doesn't mean I'll allow you to curse people out.

Auto-joining is allowed though regular joining is still preferred.

You must be an active member for at least two months before you can join as another character.

The only ones allowed to breed in the packs are the Alphas; the only way you can breed is if the Alphas permit it.

If your character does decide to have pups, you can only RP them for the first two months. After that you need to find role players for your litter. Note: A pup will count as another character. I highly suggest that as soon as you have decided to have pups you put up a thread in the 'Talk & Chat' forum saying that you are looking for role-players for your upcoming litter.

Game time does not differ from real time. A wolf's gestation period is two months, so that means that you're character will be pregnant for two months. A year will go by in the game as slow as a year goes by in real life.

The only ones allowed to greet new members and grant them ranks are the Alphas unless special permission is given to the Betas, Gammas, and Deltas of each pack.

Wolves are allowed to howl at the borders, though this rule can be altered by the Alphas of each pack.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will earn you a warning. If you break them a second time, you will be demoted (if you're a wolf) or suspended (if you're an island inhabitant). A third time and you will be banned. End of story, non-negotiable.
