Dee's Crying Shame
Dee's Crying Shame is a smoky old rock bar, with Real music, the old stuff. The Who, Lynard Skynard and Led Zeppelin, before heavy metal was born. Here a few strippers do their thing while waitresses run around dishing out drinks and trying to inhale as less smoke as possible. Dee is standing behind the bar, washing some glasses or giving out drinks, cigarette between to worn lips. The rest of the patrons are mostly men, all breeds. The young, the old, the drug addicted and the drunk gather around the bar, to drool and to swap information if the time is right.

The Slums
"The night is hot as hell, everything sticks. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town. The air conditioner's a clanking piece of junk..."
That pretty much sums up this section of the city. Need a cheap motel? Apartment? Easy Job? This is your place as long as you don't mind dodging a bullet or bits of plaster ceiling falling on your head when neighbors a floor up decide to get a little friendly. The Projects are home to the hopeless and the crazy - - And a favorite setting for bad business. You just couldn't ask for a better place to commit a few murders.

Sacred Oats
"They're quick to haul off the mashed meat and broken bones, here in Sacred Oats. They've got the Blood scrubbed off the pavement before it has a chance to dry..."
Those that don't belong better not show their faces here. Sacred Oats a sparkling clean section of Savage City, here is where the rich and wealthy live. The cops get here with the quickness if there ever is a problem, unlike anywhere else. From shiny sky scrapers to mansions, you'll find the well off here though beneath the sparkling appearance is trouble you can only imagine.

Old Town
"Pavement gives way to cobblestone. A quiet neighborhood, where all the sounds of passion and violence are locked away behind closed doors..." Old Town. Girls rules this part of Savage City, according to the Truce they've got worked out with the police force. Cops doesn’t enter Old Town, without a very good reason, but if they enter, the girls take care of them. Maybe they blow their car, maybe they chase them outta there, nude. But they never kill a cop. And the police force get its share from the money the girls earn. That's the Truce. And nothing but the Truce.

Police Department
A normal looking Police Department, immaculate squad cars lining the front not a speck of dust to be seen. The Police Department is always busy with people coming and going, but only the officers themselves know of the shadier dealings that go on behind closed doors.

Saint Anne's Catholic Chruch
Saint Anne's though long since abandoned still seems to shine in all it's former glory, though in a much more dark and allusive way. The stain glass windows always seem to shine and sounds echo from within the abandoned building. A vast graveyard spans out behind the chruch, the graves either broken or faded. Saint Anne's is believed to be haunted and locals never dare to wander in.
