Its contents were more informative. Professor, Information on the person responsible for the explosives planted in both the Crown building and in the harbor explosion. An apartment rented under the name ‘Marvin Lester’ at 1077 West 38th Street, Los Angeles, Ca 90037. Found on site after an eviction was one of the fire extinguishers from the Crown Building, and a fuel canister, the type of which is used for commercial shipping freighters. No sign of Lester at this time. Mandy
