Such a rare and beautiful sight.....
For this San Antonio, Texas gal. Actually had a dusting of snow ie..some stuck to the car this morning.
1/2 inch in other places (don't laugh all you northerners..it's a big deal down here.) Only snows about every 8 years of so. My son had a lesson last week where he was to describe all the fun there was when there was snow on the ground..he doesn't remember what that stuff is.

Oh, Shony! I know exactly what you're talking about! We're waiting for that storm to get over here to us in Mississippi, and have a prediction of 1-3 inches. I'm just so excited about it!

It's getting like that in Liverpool now, but at least I only need to travel about 30 miles if I want to see the white stuff. Good thing the UK is so small!

Sal, I wish a warm, safe, snowy day (or days) for you.
Goth, I have to drive 15 miles to get to the nearest STORE!!!
If I drive north for about 8 hours I can get out of Texas. Or drive south a few and end up in Mexico (well the Gulf of Mexico if I miss that one turn )

It's gorgeous outside! We have about 2 inches of snow, and it's still coming down, huge flakes and lots of 'em!

Shony, we got about 3 or 4 inches, and it's almost gone now! The streets are completely clear, and there's just a little left on the ground and rooftops. It's hard to believe that this morning the trees all looked like flocked Christmas trees!
