Re: Symphonic Poem
Thank you »Rides Naked on a White Horse« I'm happy it does have that effect on you!
fingolfin jones, I have many and different sources of inspiration. I would not emphasise any particular influence for this work. However, I do like much of Duruflé's music, though any resemblance with my own music would be completely unintended.
I never (or very rarely at least) consider the exact sources of inspiration when composing, so your guess is actually as good as mine
Re: Symphonic Poem
Great explanation. This allows the listener to interpret your work in many ways.
Do you have other works that have been performed publically? I must say that I am very impressed that you have been able to have some of your compositions performed by such a wonderful orchestra, choir and soloist.
Re: Symphonic Poem
Actually, a couple of my works are available for (free) download - including some complete works (not just excerpts). You can see a list on the downloads-page here.

Wonderful! I listened to the Hope and enjoyed it thoroughly. I've bookmarked the page so I can listen to more when I have the time. Thank you.
