WON'T STOP CALLING WORK
I have asked this company (valid debt that I am paying but occassionally due to things beyond my control- will be over 30 days) not to call my work. the company I work for has a co. policy of no personal phone calls unless it is an emergency. I have asked them repeatedly not to call my work- they have my cell and home number and they are welcome to call and leave a detailed message. Everytime, I am late-- I have already made arrangements for payments to be made via the internet just at a later date - but their cust. serv. tells me that the rep doesn't always check the system before calling- and even that is ok for me; however - they have GOT top stop calling me at work and wanting me paged or leaving "personal business matter" messages for me. I sent them a certified letter regarding a payment that was posted incorrectly and in that letter also mentioned that they should notate in my account that I do not want them calling me at work or notifying our neighbors, etc.--- yet they are still calling my work-- what else can I do?

you can send them a cease and disist letter informing them of there violations of the FTC rules and than they will leave you be! You accuire a copy at newcreditman@hotmail.com or call 310-669-4550
