It brought to mine that project Bunny Wuffles was working on before the site name change et al. Those bright colored apartments.. the wallpapers were to give it a 3 floor look.
You know, those mosaic tile walls you do Donna could probably work. .. and your right it would be a challange to do something like that in Sims.
Would have to do some SERIOUS searching for items....
