Walther P1
I haven't been much of a hand gun collector, prefered taking old mausers and nagants and refinishing them. That all changed the second I held in my hands a Walther P1. It has to be one of the easiest to break down and is very accurate.
I got mine for 325$, but I believe that if a person looked around they should be able to get one for 300$ or less. Once you've held one and fired it, I think you will agree that it is a must have.
