Wand and Wand Cores
Wands from Olivanders' are specific and quite well-known; a renowned wand maker, Olivander remembers every wand he's ever sold, both to the remarkable and normal wizard and witch.
Woods used in Olivanders' wands are:-Rosewood
-Oak
-Yew
-Ebony
-Beech
-Mohagany
-Holly
-Ash
-Maple
-Willow
-Cedar
-Birch
Wand lengths vary and range quite a bit, but normally are between 5 3/4 inches and 16 inches - the span of a man's hand and the length of a forearm.
Wand cores are:
-Unicorn hair
-Dragon heartstring
-Phoenix tail feather
If your character desires to have another wand, discuss it with the Administrative staff before-hand and *get* *approval*. Unless your character is from outside of the English Isles, you would most likely have an Olivanders' wand.
Deviations from the above information, without approval, will result in rejection.
