I must admit, I agree with what has been said... in my opinion you are being taken for fools, for marks, for easy prey! This director is a vulture, picking any scraps of worthwhile artistic integrity from your band's cold white bones. What would I do? Well, I'll tell you: demand the master tapes back. I can edit the movie together for you, if you have two VCR's, an 8mm video camera, and a boom box. And I can do it for much cheaper. Again, you are being ripped off, my dear amigos.

Where is the video at?
Come on people, wouldn't you rather the video come out great than get released too soon? I have faith in Dan, the video will rock! Until then, happy holidays!

Tell me more about this video project. Is Mark in it? Did you edit him out? What is the overall concept? Is there a THEME? Did you shoot it on Super 8mm? Most importantly, WILL IT BE AVAILABLE ON BETA?

Since the video was entirely bankrolled by the director, I don't really feel taken. Dan [whom I have every faith in] hired a full crew, dolly, crane, lighting and an ass kicking 16mm camera at a cost excessing $5,000 for the shoot - not too shabby! He's also devoting both his time and money to the editing process, so if he says "soon", then soon is good enough for me!

what is all this about SPOONS? are you guys heroine junkies? i must admit that i DO like it imbibe a few of the old ice house "pounders" (you know, with the oversized opening for chugging?) now and again, but man, you guys seem to be really into shooting up or something.

it would have WAY cooler if you admitted that you and the band really do do heroin. that would lend some legitimacy to your retro-rocking style. oh well, we'll keep it secret, eh?
