10 DAYS!!! I'm so excited for this! It's only a 7.5 hour drive from Westfield...however, considering I have to drive 90 minutes just to get to Westfield, it's really like a 9 hour drive give or take some minutes!
I am so excited to see the DOI gang again so we can relive some memories!!!

Can't wait to read reports on this one!! I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone is skating to! I know that Kurt usually puts on a very entertaining show. I'm kind of interested in seeing if he, Todd and Brian will do a number together. That would be AWESOME!!

i am really excitied to see some new programs. i am not sure what kurt will be skating too, last year he didn't do any new programs. a portion of the finale, he used for ice wars (the same song) but, other than that... he didn't do anything else. but, he also didn't have many solos.

Yeah, I hoping for more solos from Kurt too this year at Gotta Skate. I loved his duet with Sonia last year, but he did comparatively little solo skating. Yah ... more Kurt!!!

IIRC, the reason why Kurt wasn't on the ice as much during last year's Gotta Skate as he was during the first show was because Kurt was a lot more involved in the behind-the-scenes aspect of the show the second time around. I don't know how much Kurt will be involved with the production aspect of this year's show, but I'm sure it'll be just as great. Did I mention how envious I am of all of you lucky enough to be in Hamilton next weekend?

(Sniff) In case you haven't heard yet, Jamie posted the following to her and David's board today:
"Hey Everyone!
We're sorry to have a "bad news" update but unfortunately we do have bad news. Dave fractured a bone in his foot on Sunday and therefore, will be missing Kurt's Gotta Skate show this wkend for sure. They say 4-6 weeks to heal but Dave sems to think he might be able to skate in Scott's special next Thursday. There are absolutely no guarantees for anything right now. He's able to walk but his foot is purple and
swollen quite a bit.
Everything happens for a reason right? We're not sure WHAT it is yet but we'll know soon.
We'll be back as soon as we can we promise.
Dave didn't want to write because he's too hurt right now still and he feels aweful. Don't worry I'm pampering him, lets just say he better not get too used to me doing EVERYTHING for him!!!!
