Jordana or Wink's kohl.
Both are pencil style, easy to apply (no lighter needed), have extremely decent staying power and are super cheap. I usually buy mine at the drugstore (walgreens, longs, rite aid) but I've also seen Jordana make up at those trendy girlie clothing boutiques.
Do not touch anything from Wet n Wild except the nail varnish. Wet n Wild will give you itchy rash.
