the final word from ezboard, or, this is it folks The so-called "restoral" is complete, and as you can probably see, nothing that was initially lost in the "attack" has been restored here ... that's pretty much the case at all of the boards i admin, although we did get a few posts back at the UU board even if most of them are corrupted.  My biggest concern is that i don't want to fork over any more cash to ezboard, so i'm happy to keep this board going, but once the current gold package expires the pop-ups and ads and obnoxiousness are going to return and we'll lose some of our cool features. I don't have a problem with that but i know it was a concern for others before, so... :shrug: ...lemme know what youzzall be thinkin'...

I'm not sure what i'll do ... but i still have time to decide and ezboard is giving something like six weeks of gold credit to all the boards that are currently gold in an attempt to make up for the fiasco of the last month, so i'm not going to worry over it yet. It's just kind-of a bummer that we lost a years' worth of posts here (i wonder if you'd put your story back up -- pweeeeeze???  )
